We collect resumes of persons interested in working at Contactual. We will only use such resumes for the purposes of evaluating the submitter of the resume for employment with Contactual and for the purpose of contacting the submitter of the resume regarding employment. We will only provide the resumes to third party recruiters, staffing firms and talent evaluators assisting us in evaluating the resumes.

Information You Provide and How We Use It

We solicit and collect feedback and contact information from visitors to our site. Specifically, we collect names, phone numbers, street addresses and email addresses when you actively give us the information, such as when you request a trial, a tour, a demo, pricing information or return communications.  We may use your email address to contact you regarding products and services from Contactual or presented in cooperation with our solution partners.
