Matt Krichbaum

Vice President of Operations

Matt joined Contactual in 2008, coming from Virgin Mobile, where he was Vice President of IT Operations. Prior to that, Matt had a lengthy career with EarthLink, where ultimately he was Vice President of IT Operations for their PeoplePC business unit, responsible for supporting 1.6 million subscribers.

Matt also architected and built the IT infrastructure and operations for a successful regional Internet Service Provider from zero to over 36,000 subscribers before being acquired by OneMain.com where Matt was in charge of the technical operations for 15 of OneMain’s 28 regional ISPs before being acquired by EarthLink. Matt began his career integrating IBM AS/400 and other midrange systems with various computer networks. Matt attended Elgin College concentrating in computer science and business.
