Chairman of the Board and CEO
Mansour Salame founded White Pajama – the company that is now Contactual – in 2000, and his market vision has been central to Contactual’s ongoing success. Key have been his commitment to the virtual agent model, to the open source operating environment, and his belief that usability is the pre-eminent software feature. These policies have driven significant new business for Contactual, and fostered relationships with partners in US, Japan and Australia.
Prior to establishing Contactual, Mansour was the founder and CEO of NextAge Technologies, a forecasting and scheduling software company which was acquired by Alcatel (NYSE: ALA). Prior to NextAge, Mansour established and ran the Southern European Offices and Operations for Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories Inc. Mansour began his career at Andersen Consulting, where he was instrumental in the call center vertical, helping Fortune 1000 companies structure and build innovative call centers.
Mansour holds a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Northwestern University.
