David Hanafee

Vice President of Sales, North America and APAC

At Contactual, David Hanafee, a 20-year veteran of the software industry, spearheads the sales strategy and operations in the North American and APAC markets, including a multi-tiered sales force with inside and outside sales, as well as channels.  Prior to Contactual, Hanafee served as vice president of global sales at Before the Call, an on-demand prospect development solutions provider, and Ravenflow, a company that delivers precision requirements validation for software developers.

Before joining Ravenflow, Hanafee served as vice president of sales and marketing at New Channel Inc., a leading provider of eCRM software, later acquired by Live Person, Inc. where he remained as vice president of sales. He received his bachelor's degree from the University College Dublin, Ireland.
