Contactual’s Alliance with Probridge Expands ASP Service to Small Business Providers
SAN CARLOS , CA (October 16, 2007) - Contactual, a global leader in on-demand contact center technology solutions, today announced that White Pajama Japan, its Japanese subsidiary, a joint venture with Tokyo technology giant Infocom, has secured an alliance with
Probridge, Inc. a provider of CRM solution in Japan.
Probridge will provide outsourcing, consulting and sales promotion within the CRM and call center domain. As a wholesaler of the OnDemand Contact Center platform, Probridge will offer its own ASP service, “Telepass!” to small and medium size companies throughout Japan. This will allow Probridge to gain a deeper reach into the customer base Infocom (OEM partner of White Pajama Japan) has developed by providing call center solutions in the SMB marketplace. Infocom will support Probridge by operating their Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.
