What Is It?

With Contactual's Collaborate functionality, a call center agent can “see” firsthand the customer’s remote computer without depending on verbal description. The agent can take control of the remote computer to solve an issue, help complete a transaction, train customers and prospects remotely, or install and configure software. The customer sees everything that is done by the agent and can disconnect the agent at any time.

The Collaborate feature is secure and easy to use by both the customer and the agent. It is managed directly thought the Agent GUI and requires no additional software to be installed.
