The ability to begin processing calls with the Business Continuity Assurance service is both fast and transparent to your customers. We are able to take calls on your current 800 numbers by simply redirecting your inbound phone service to your backup Contactual contact center.  It’s as simple as that.  Your customers call the same number and speak to the same agents, minimizing the impact to both your customers and your business.  

Even if your call center is located in a disaster-stricken area, your agents can still take inbound calls, or make outbound call from the safety of their homes or from any other safe location that has access to any of the four following services:

  • Using a home telephone with a plain old telephone service (POTS) line that is serviced by the Public Switched Telephone Network Service (PSTN) provider (phone company).
  • Using a VoIP Softphone from anywhere with high speed internet access.
  • Using any Mobile telephone with a unique number.
  • Using an existing PBX business telephone with a Direct Inward Dialing (DID) extension.

In the event of a disaster or extended outage any of 4 methods of access will allow your agents to connect to your businesses’ duplicate Contact Center with Contactual's Business Continuity Assurance service.
