Contactual Authorized Reseller program is designed for companies that wish to resell Contactual’s on-demand contact center products and related services to end-users. We are actively recruiting and training local and regional value-added resellers to become part of the Contactual Authorized Reseller program.   We are looking for reseller partners that are well positioned to deliver on-demand contact center solutions and reap the rewards of the Software as a Service business model.

Contactual Referral Program

Contactual offers a Lead Referral Program for resellers with immediate opportunities but who are not in a position to take on the responsibilities of a full Contactual Reseller Authorization.  As a Referral Partner, you will identify potential Contactual customers and refer them to Contactual sales representatives for a revenue share of closed accounts. As part of the program, Contactual Referral Partners receive the tools they need to promote Contactual solutions to their client base.
